Allows you to rotate the texture inputs.
Particle Rotation Toggle
This allows you to make use of the custom vertex streams on the particle system to have per particle rotation. Very useful for avoiding repeating patterns.
Rotation Over Time
Set this to the desired value to add rotation over time.
Rotation Anchor X & Y
These values are used to set the center for the rotation effects, should the rotation look off or like its rotating around a point off in the distance use these values to center it to the correct position.
